There’s no one there to accompany me in game, with Rinie running off to go shopping with her family, I realized that without her buffs, leveling alone hurt like some shitty stuff.

Whatever…

I was almost late to work… with the keyword being ALMOST. Not that I am seriously late for work, it’s just that I could not find the will to defy my brain that lulls me to get back to sleep. I slept for whole ten minutes before realizing that I still have last ten minutes left for bathe+travel. Here comes the five minutes bath and five-minutes marathon. Thank god that my workplace isn’t far away.

GQ, being one of my students, is being rather willful today. Not that I’m being particular, but I am a perfectionist when it comes to work. So, to improve his English, I would use the harshest manner (to copy a chapter of a 9-yr-old storybook), and to explain to him succinctly of the contents in Chinese. Well, I know that I am being slightly hard on him, but it’s all for his own good in the long run.

Then, he cried and I sighed. I called down Miss. A to help me with him, and she rushed down without warning. Oh my god, I love her. XD GQ only listens to her because he feared her. I know I am Ms. NICENICE, but that doesn’t give him a right to crawl onto my head and dance a-go-go on it, so I snapped. I totally ignored him.

Mr. K, a teacher who left the center, but only worked on Saturdays and Sundays, came to GQ’s rescue. Oh what a holy man he must be in GQ’s eyes. I would rather tell Mr. K to shut up and listen, even though he doesn’t understand the head and tail of the story, he decided to butt in. It’s none of your business okay, Mr.K? So shove your butt off my matters.

Miss. A then called GQ’s parents.
Blah blah blah.

GQ decided to be good and finish up his work.
Mr. K found fault with both Miss. A and I, but he shut up. (That’s the way to go, Mr. K!)

Good for him.

Then, due to Rinie’s request, I went all the way to Tampines to meet her online bestie, the-old-so-great Ken Bear. It turned out that he was way better than what I expect, which is undeniably good. We ate Sushi at Genki Sushi, with me drooling over a Tori Don. XDDD

Tori Don’s the best! X3

And! Rinie gave me an Ebi Tempura. I love her. :3

After that, Mr. Nicholas Cage came along and went with Ken Bear for Japanese class. We, Rin and I, wandered around Simei like lost ghouls searching for food for consumption.

Then, we decided to head to KK hospital to look at my Aunt’s newborn baby, Amelia! She is SUCH a CUTIE! I carried her and she went shush, searching for milk. Too bad Amelia, I ain’t no milk machine! Go to your Mama for milk, honey.

Her leg is so small, her skin is so smooth, and she is just so adorable. My favourite. :D

My aunt seemed all too well.

Then Rinie and I forked out 10 bucks each for Timezone, to relieve my childhood desire of splurging at Timezone. :D

A lot of things happened today and Rinie went leveling with me till she complained that she’s tired. T_T

How disappointing.

Yay! Chinese New Year is coming soon! Few more days! I am currently dipping myself in the sea you peeps called “work” and I have gotten a scolding from a parent today. She is the mother of X, and is, a walking contradiction.

When I say she is, she literally is.

She wanted her kids to attain good grades, so I was like, okay, sure, but I’ll make sure I won’t work him too hard. She was then, at that moment, seething with fury. She glared at me and spoke, “You people, as teachers, should be fierce to my son, or else he will learn nothing!”

I was stunned. Kind of. Most parents did not want their kids to be overworked even though it’s streaming year.

However, this woman was nothing ordinary.

Yet, she contradicted herself when I told her that sure, I will go ahead and print worksheets and guide him through it, making sure he knows the how-tos for each subjects. Then she went more furious.

“Why are you people giving so much work to my son? I don’t feel the need to have it since I don’t want him to feel pressurized!”

Meh. Talking about stressful. I think the most stressful one is her son. Monday to Friday he was at the student care doing homeworks and worksheets with Tuesday and Friday having tuition.

It was as if there was NOT enough tuition for his son.

Saturdays and Sundays, that poor kiddo has to go for tuition at another place.

Isn’t she a walking contradiction?
I couldn’t stand parents like her, seriously.
Poor kiddo, I’ll treat you well.
But it’s up to her, whether to make her child or break it.

I can do nothing much as a by-stander.

I wanna, I wanna:

MATERIALISTIC:

- Wallet
(My old one spoiled, after two years.)
- Organizer
(For all my DMD needs.)
- Water Bottle
(Thirst-quencher. More like school's drinks are kind of expensive.)

EMOTIONAL-ISTIC:

- Take a stroll
- Read a book near the sun
- Draw some people
- Sit down in a cafe and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate
